In today's world staying healthy can be one of the last thing's on the average person's mind. For example, I weight-lift and do cardio 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, the days in between allowing for rest and physical recovery. The weekends can be rest days, but you may often find some added pleasure in the occasional jog or walk. Diet is also very important, and eating balanced meals and a suitable amount of calories is crucial to seeing results with you're exercise plan.
